FREE Delivery – Terms and Conditions

Online Orders:

For FREE Delivery, the following criteria must be met:

• Be mainland United Kingdom delivery address only
• Not have a delivery address postcode in the exclusions list (see below)
• Checkout with no less than £20.00 of items (excluding VAT)
• Cleared funds in full

IMPORTANT: FREE DELIVERY is subject to stock availability and couriers delivering on time. Easipack cannot be held responsible for any delivery service delays (3rd party or company fleet). Easipack reserves the right to over-ride any decision.

If you meet the above criteria, then you will not be charged any fee for delivery, and during checkout the shipping value will be £0.00. Please see the information below to check that your postcode is not in the exclusions zones.

Delivery times

If your order is placed before 11am the items will ship the same day, otherwise they will be shipped the next working day. We do not ship on weekends or bank holidays.

Shipping costs – United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland)

The UK is split into 3 different shipping zones. The shipping prices vary depending on which zone you are in, and are as follows.

UK Mainland and outside of Zone 2 and 3

• Less than £20.00+vat total = £5.00+vat delivery
• More than £20.00+vat total = Free (3-5 day delivery) delivery

Inside Zone 2

• Less than £20.00+vat total = £19.99+vat (3-5 working day) delivery
• More than £20.00+vat total = £15.99+vat (3-5 working day) delivery

Inside Zone 3

• Less than £20.00+vat total = £19.99+vat (3-5 working day) delivery
• More than £20.00+vat total = £15.99+vat (3-5 working day) delivery
